What happens after I request an appointment?
Once you submit a request, our service advisor will review our schedule and reach out via phone or email within 2 business hours to finalize your time slot. Then we will send a text confirmation to the customer.
Do you offer transportation while my vehicle is being serviced?
Yes! If you need a ride while your vehicle is with us, we can arrange a Lyft for you. We’ll add the ride to your repair order and cover the first $10 of the fare. Just let your service advisor know you need a ride and we’ll help get you on your way.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
Most repairs are backed by our Nationwide 3-Year / 36,000-Mile Warranty on parts and labor. We use OE or high-quality aftermarket parts and stand behind the work our ASE certified technicians perform. If an issue comes up with a covered repair, contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Can I drop my vehicle off after hours?
Absolutely. After-hours drop-off is available. You’ll find envelopes and pens in the drop box near our entrance. Fill out the envelope, place your key inside, and then insert the envelope through the mail slot located a few feet to the left of the drop box.
